I am interested in the recipe for Peanut Noodle Salad shown in the Feb 11 CA. You state that rice wine vinegar is readily available in supermarkets but I have not been successful in locating it. So far I have been to two Walmarts, K-mart Supercenter, Several Kroger and Piggly Wiggly stores, two asian markets on Summer, The International Food Bazaar, The Fresh Market at Eastgate and a market (don’t recall the name) just West of Clark Towers. Rice vinegar and Red wine vinegar are readily available but no rice wine vinegar. Please tell me specically which stores have this product. Please reply to my email address. Thank you.

Rice vinegar will work or Rice Wine vinegar is also called Mirin Vinegar. Rice wine vinegar is generally available in the vinegar and sauces section or if not try the Asian food area. Hope that helps.
