With room for just 40 diners and a quiet, refined ambiance perfect for power negotiating, Grill 83 at the Madison Hotel ranked as the top choice for a power lunch in Memphis.

“We’ve grown our style of service to the business lunch,” says chef Clay Lichterman, who notes that if a table for two comes in, “we ask if they need a larger table for laptop and papers and whatnot.”

Lichterman points to the central downtown location, new seasonal menus, which emphasize fresh local ingredients, and an unobtrusive wait staff as the combination that keeps business diners coming back for more.
