Winner: Sekisui

The sushi menu at Sekisui is as big as a school of fish, with more than 30 offerings, and options for skewered or grilled appetizers and even tempura-fried rolls.

Owner Jimmy Ishii says while the menu reflects very traditional Japanese sushi, some of the options are modified so as to be “fixed to the American taste.”
