Owner Ron Bishop, who along with wife Sheri just took over The Bagel Company, says while they prepare many Jewish specialties including Matzo ball soup and chopped liver with kosher ingredients, and carry some Kosher Hebrew National meats, it is important to know that they do not have a certified Kosher kitchen. “During the Jewish holidays, we specially make a lot of products that are typically used from all kosher ingredients,” says Bishop. The Bagel Company is the only place in town that makes bagels from scratch daily, and have just started making four kinds of bread from scratch daily.
