Jan Gordon loves what she does.

When she sells you a condo or house, the “Condo Queen of East Memphis,” as she is sometimes called, might be just as thrilled about it as you are. “Sometimes I get so excited I can’t sleep,” says Gordon.

Gordon, a native Memphian, has been selling real estate with Crye-Leike for 11 years. “It is a fabulous company,” she says of the Memphis-based real estate firm.

Why was she was voted the Most Recommended Read Estate Agent? “I think it is because I really, really care.”

Although she has been at it for just over a decade, she is already working a deal with a second-generation customer.

“A young man called me last night. I think his parents’ house was my second closing ever.”
