Winner: Linda Kerley

Collierville’s mayor came out tops in another election — that among citizens of the city as their most admired leader. In her second term as mayor, Kerley says she’s proud of helping make government more accessible for citizens, through everything from shaking up the way commissions and boards are appointed to televising meetings.
