Winner: Southaven Town Centre

The Hernando Main Street Mall may have more old South charm, but since opening in 2005, the Southaven Town Centre has delivered many of the country’s retailers — Dillard’s, J.C. Penney, Circuit City, Pier 1, and about 25 others — to the doorstep of DeSoto County residents.
