Pets on my Mind

Guess what I have in my house, an adorable little beagle mix that wandered around Galloway Golf Course all day last Sunday. No tags, no microchip, recently had puppies...Of course, heartworm positive, fleas, ticks, ear mites. I ran a found ad for her and only had one call, that was from a woman who also spotted her.
You have to wonder,
a. Where is her owner?
b. Did she escape or was she dumped?
c. Did her puppies get given away or had she stashed them somewhere?
d. Why isn't anyone looking for her?
e. Where are the lost ads, the fliers?
f. What am I going to do with her?
