Tyler Smothers, a senior at Fayette-Ware High School in Somerville, signed with Lambuth University on Feb. 6.

Smothers is a 6-foot-4, 245-pound lineman.

Barrett Huggins of Memphis University School signed on Wednesday to play football for Rhodes College. Huggins plays defensive line and is 6-foot-0 and weighs 220 pounds.

Corey Johnston, a offensive/defensive tackle for Rossville Christian Academy, signed with Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, La. He is 6-foot-5 and weighs 270 pounds.

Michael Mancini, a 6-foot-3, 295-pound offensive tackle/defensive lineman for Collierville, signed on Wednesday with the University of Tennessee at Martin. He was a three-year starter who was All-Region, BOP, and played in the East-West All-Star game.

Former Cordova running back Jocques Crawford (6-foot-1, 227-pounds) who played last year with Cisco Junior College and was the Junior College Player of the Year, signed Wednesday with Kansas University.
